How to enroll in Rhody Health Partners

Enroll online at HealthSource RI.com and if you are eligible, be sure to choose UnltedHealthcare Community Plan.

• Monday – Friday, 8 am to 6 pm and in English and Spanish between February 1st and October 31st. 
• During Open Enrollment: November 1st through January 31st Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm.
